The principle of peristaltic pump is that the fluid in the pump tube is pushed forward by the runner squeezing and turning it,like squeezing a liquid filled hose between two fingers.As the fingers move,negative pressure forms inside the tube and the liquid flows with it.Therefore,peristaltic pump is a positive displacement pump.The liquid in the pump tube is pushed out by the runner of the pump head.After the runner leaves,the pump tube will stably rebound and inhale new liquid.
Each turn of the pump head will produce a constant flow rate,and the flow rate will increase by the same amount every time the rotation speed increases by a circle.Therefore,the industrial peristaltic pump in the specified speed of the flow is constant,because of the industrial peristaltic pump has this characteristic,so users often called peristaltic pump constant flow pump.
Industrial peristaltic pump before and after the configuration of the pipeline:suction pipeline than the pump mouth diameter 1~3 levels or equal.In order to facilitate maintenance and start-up,the suction line should be equipped with a cut-off valve as close to the pump inlet as possible,with the same diameter as the pipe diameter.In order to protect the pump from damage,the downstream of the pump suction line cut-off valve is provided with a filter,usually a T-type filter.Discharge pipeline should be set with cut-off valve,valve diameter is the same as pipe diameter.
A safety valve should be set between the outlet of the pump and the valve.The outlet of the pump shall be equipped with a pressure gauge,located in the straight pipe section between the pump and the outlet valve.In the industrial peristaltic pump outlet pipeline,the discharge valve should be set between the valve and the pump.Can transport a variety of fluids,such as organic solvents,corrosive liquids.Maintenance only need to replace the peristaltic pump hose,no valve and seal replacement,can continuously transport 80 degrees Celsius liquid.
