Industrial peristaltic pump size introduction

As each roller in the pump head presses through the pump tube,the industrial peristaltic pump will send a certain amount of fluid,so the size of the pump tube is directly related to the pumping flow rate.In other words,the operation of the fluid delivery system is greatly affected.Pump pipe is the key part of industrial peristaltic pump design.Need to calculate the size or size range of the pump pipe.The size here mainly refers to the inner diameter of the pump pipe and the wall thickness.

The inner diameter determines the amount of fluid pumped by each rotation of the rotor,and the wall thickness determines the ability of the pump tube to restore its original shape after each rolling,which greatly affects the service life of the pump tube.The pump pipe size relative to the pump head size is too small,the pump head can not be stuck pump pipe,pump pipe will be pulled out of the pump head;And the size of the pump tube is too small,the roller in the pump head can not pressure the pump tube,it will cause the pumping flow is not enough or complete failure.

If the pump tube size is too large,the excess pipe will fold between the roller and the pump shell,or between the roller and the bite bed,leading to rapid wear and premature failure.In the selection of pump pipe size,should follow the manufacturer's recommendations to ensure that the system functions well.In some of the more demanding applications,the role of pump pipe size is more prominent.

A slight deviation in size will lead to too much deviation in flow or distribution and disqualification.Although the pump pipe size provided by some manufacturers is"close"to the recommended size and"looks the same",there is often a gap.Therefore,in order to make the pump system achieve performance and working accuracy,the user should use the pump pipe size which is completely consistent with the manufacturer's recommended size.

Industrial peristaltic pump is faced with relatively poor conditions,so the pipe with better internal quality,especially the pipe with better resilience,will have a long service life.In the long run,the longer the service life of the pipe,the lower the operating cost.The fewer pump line replacements,the less maintenance costs and downtime.The pump line is also less likely to leak and burst.Overall,the longer the pump life,the lower the total pumping cost.
